Cancellation Policy

At Connecticut Medical Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best care for all patients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.
Appointment Changes
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
- Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your visit.
Booking & Deposits
- Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your treatment but is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will do our best to work with you.
